I am seeing a lot of threads call for just that option that I just wanted to make sure I am on the right forum. I also see a lot of threads asking why Health Care reform has to go through Congress, which I thought was Constitutionally required. However, through "leadership," President Obama can apparently bypass the Constitution. Heck, maybe the Honduran coup conspitors were simply exercising "leadership."

WASHINGTON, DC - House Minority whip John Boehner (R-OH) gave his opinion on a number of topics Thursday, September 17 in an interview with PBS's Jeffery Brown.

When asked if the house should begin the process of drafting another bill and starting over, or "hitting the reset button", the Representative from West Chester said:

"I don't believe that any of these health plans that we've seen thus far from the Democrats in Congress can pass in any way, shape, or form."

This is particularly insightful coming from a 10-term House veteran and leader of the GOP who knows how long the legislative process can take. He further added:

"And I do believe that the president at some point is going to have to hit the reset button and just say, "All right, we're going to stop, and we're going to start over, and we're going to start over and start at the beginning in a bipartisan way.""

No vote has yet been called for any of the bills, with some still in committee.
