75. Biden can be an eloquent speaker - that's about it
I was quite impressed with his questions to Condalier during the confirmation hearings. He spoke of all the reasons she shouldn't be confirmed, and then told her he'd be voting to confirm her, of course. That was really my first introduction to Biden, since I'm relatively new to politics. It made no sense at all.

From what I've seen since, he does the same thing, over and over. I think each time he opens his mouth, his foot goes in a little deeper. To me, he is in no way a contender for any nomination, and should give it up, and SHUT up, and do the job he was elected to do. The person he's hurting the most is himself, I think, but if I were him, I would surely give up any ideas of running for President - I think one should like their own party if they're thinking of running.
