that is the jist of my thread- if top DEMs would go on TV and REPEAT his questions, there would be more headlines about this.

Until I see differently, I'll stand by my assumption that "top DEMs" will not back Conyers.

Top DEMs include:

Howard Dean
John Kerry
Hillary Clinton
Obama Barrack, etc, etc

In other words, high-profile, house-hold name DEMS that are quotable, have access to TV interview debate shows and who are known to non-political types.

If these DEMs or others would all just go on TV and back Conyers, this story would pick up some steam. as it is, it appears the story is dying. I'd love to be wrong.

I hope I'm wrong.
