21. If this deal falls through, then they'll just have to use
another port. Maybe Long Beach which has terminals operated by the chinese company COSCO (not to be confused with Costco). It also operates the entire US Naval base (now closed, of course) at Long Beach. The repukes were up in arms about both of these things in the late 90's under Clinton, but now will probably remain silent.

I apologize for having to post a link to a Duncan Hunter editorial, but I haven't been able to find out much about this from progressive (objective) news sources.
