20. How can you put them in the same sentence?
Gravel is essentially a one issue candidate, his "flat tax" proposal which would do more harm to the poor, thw working poor and the middle classthan the current income tax would. He made a couple of valid points in the debate, but also erred egrigiously when stating Obama's fundraisig was from big donors, when it is largely $1900 or less.

Kucinich is the epitome of the standards most DUers strive for. He is a progressive politician who sometimes is one of the few or the only to vote against an administration proposal. Years later we learn he was right. His polices are progressive and sometimes brilliant, like his proposal that all his cabinet departments work to implement green policies. And BTW I heard hardly anything from him last night. Cooper gave Gravel, not even a sitting Congressman, more time.

I won't likely vote for Kucinich in the primary, but if by some incredible chance he was our nominee I'd give him my unqualified support.
