In a democracy, we should be able to VOTE, not have our candidates selected FOR us by those with the deep pockets to purchase the media. Like John Edwards says, this is an ELECTION, not an AUCTION. The more I am told to swallow the inevitability meme, the more I want to prove them wrong and am willing to work my tail off to do so.

I may be a lone ranger on this, but I have a feeling that others feel the same, that the process is being taken from us.
