68. Every body is different and every pregnancy is different.
When I was pregnant, I showed by my 4th month and by by 6th month people were assuming that I was ready to deliver. My daughter, on the other hand, hardly showed at all until her 7th month and even at 9 months didn't have much of a baby bump. It has to do with the position of the baby, amount of amniotic fluid and mother's body shape, among other things. You just can't tell by looking how far advanced a pregnancy might be.
