Its GOP + Media + CORPORATIONS / FINANCE.

Follow the money. The people who own this country are the ones that run finance (ie bankers) businesses (ceos, etc). The media is their mouthpiece and the GOP their bitches. And the DEMs are too.

The DEMS **sometimes** want to look out for the people - but they get their $$ form the same sugar daddy. The GOP, hell, it barely pretends to care about the people so it's that much easier.

The media makes it all possible with their constant spewing and twisting.
