Pay attention to the court cases his Justice Department has been continuing from the Bush administration, what arguments his administration has made about them, and where these actions actually put him on the issue of unlimited executive power and a rather weak Bill of Rights. I have a hard time seeing the glass as even half-full. Hell, if he doesn't take a hard stand against those, we might as well not even have a glass.
