or to shine a little light, but no, they are still fighting the transparency they swore they'd bring.

How hard would it have been to put both transparency and requirements into the second round of TARP? Not just capping compensation but also assuring that small businesses got the credit they needed?

Though perhaps the tactical correct choice (we won't know for a while) is to let Congress due their things, and not speak out about the health insurance bill, but perhaps not. Perhaps letting Rahm Emanuel and a host of big bankers involved in his administration is a good thing, perhaps not.

I'm sorry, he's not there yet, and to date he is a disappointment. Not planning on giving up on him. But no rose colored glasses either.
