Tomsauk Lake dam in Northeastern Reynolds County has broken

KY3 News

Rushing water has already washed away one home, and several cars off Highway N. There are reports of drivers trapped in the flood water. Emergency workers say people near Lesterville should take cover now, the crest of the wave is expected near that area.
Water should hit Anapolis around 9am with water that could be 20-feet high. Residents in the area need to take higher ground.
