I went to Saratoga this summer but haven't been in touch with horse racing results since then. Wow, that strikes me as one of the weaker Classic fields in memory, minus the likes of Ghostzapper and Afleet Alex. Saint Liam is hardly overwhelming. I beat him in the Whitney when I bet on a speedball named Commentator. Saint Liam spotted him several lengths and then hung a bit while trying to pass in the stretch, losing by maybe a length.
