Animal cruelty, unlawful discharge of a firearm, unlawful discharge of a firearm into another's property...good luck with that "not-guilty" assface. If you watch the video, it's very clear that the fence (several fairly tight bands of barbed wire) would easily have kept two fairly small, one almost elderly beagles (not a breed known for any sort of issues with people) from harming the individual on the other side of that fence.

The laws in that state as to animals aren't the best. Maybe this will also be a stepping stone to something better there.

I like the Petitionsite thing, but I wish they'd also include a way to contact the prosecuter assigned to the case, as well.

The judge and the petitioner have the same last name. Wouldn't it be funny if...
