Could anyone suggest a recipe for black bean soup?

I could get it from a book and could probably wing it, but you all are the best. Something with maybe bacon, tomato, cilantro, vinegar? Or a variation more like a stew with pork?

Suggestions are welcome. We are looking to have some things lower in fat, to boost our fiber intake, and to work some more veggies into our diet, and get as much nutritional punch as possible.
