Urgent--need some light and good vibes from my friends

Okay, this is it. I have hit the proverbial brick wall; I have arrived at the crossroads. I have been dragging my feet about making changes in my life that will keep me from having a nervous breakdown as I serve everyone else but don't take care of myself. But I have decided to get the ball rolling tonight. So, if you could, dear ASAH friends, please send me some light to give me the courage to go through with my "talk" with my loved ones. I know I need to do this, but it is going to make them very angry and defensive, and I am not looking forward to it.

But then again, I figure, it's time for them to get emotional for a change instead of me. I have shed so many tears in secret over the past year (and longer) that I should have run dry by now. Funny, though, tear ducts are apparently bottomless.
