Daily Exercise Thread 2/9/05

Hit the gym at lunch today, so staying late to make up the time.

did standing crunches, pulse ups, saxon side bends, side bridges and back extensions for the abs. did the usual 2-circuit strength training, added some weight to the lifts in some exercises, which is always good.
