he is just below videotaped. Our elected reps do not have to be innocent until proven guilty -- the appearance of dishonesty is the legal standard given by the supreme court to restrict campaign finance laws, and its a resonable one here.

Note -- the above refers to them keeping their jobs. Going to jail is a different issue and it should be beyond a reasonable doubt.
