PNAC intentional destruction of US military in order to privatize it?

I have been hearing so much about how this admin has been destroying the military and that the only recourse will be to bring back the draft, which would be political suicide...so what could be their motive?
Could they be that stupid?
Since their goal has been to privatize everything else, why not the military? If they bring it to its knees, there will be no recourse.....
BlackWater, Custer, etc. Private Soldiers to fight the wars they start, paid by our tax dollars, of course.
So much room for fraud and embezzlement. It will make the lost $ in Iraq look like kid's play.
