3. I see it in terms of * having never having had the risk of losing
anything. I've gone to school with plenty of rich, prep school graduates, but these people still become active in charities, donate to their alma maters, become leaders in their communities.

* reminds me of the ne'er-do-well brat who grew up, got a job as VP somewhere because his dad insisted on it, but in reality, the kid squandered his opportunity and just became a known joke at their restricted country club.
