People who detract her love to do so on the basis that she supposedly "helps the GOP win" (personally, I think the Democrats who write and pass a stupid health care bill, tell people it will lower premiums, and a few months later watch Aetna and Cigna jack premiums up another 20% and write sternly worded letters to them are a little more responsible for their dire straights) but never really address the substance of her arguments. The bill is garbage. It didn't need to be garbage if the President had ever exhibited any leadership, but he didn't. How do you defend legally requiring people to buy health insurance from a for-profit oligopoly with an antitrust exemption? You can't, because it doesn't even begin to address the problem - private, for-profit insurance.

Personally, I'm glad there are people pointing out that the Democrats pass garbage and why it won't work, because if there were only cheerleaders who dutifully line up behind the party line, there'd be no hope at all that Democrats would ever, ever change.
