2. I remember hearing in the 70's that if a squatter got into

your home, without breaking in, that they could not be forced to leave. I remember news stories about people coming back from vacation and finding a family living in their house, and they could not legally get them out, because the people did not break in. I wonder now if there was such a squatters law and if it is still on the books?
