7. Even if he could use his arms how does that make him able to
get out of the wheelchair? I'm in one due to my back and legs being riddled with arthritis. I can't get myself out of or into one. I have to have an aide help me. I can't walk. It seems to me that this man was in the same condition or worse. It is more than scary to me that the police would be be allowed to do this to someone. I sincerely hope I never encounter police.
