7. How Is That Even Close To Proof?
First of all, as other posters have said, that few people out of over 3000 is not all that significant of a miscalculation.

Furthermore, the estimates were given by actual audience members, not the reporter themselvses. Obviously, the people who were interviewed thought the number was the number. Who cares? Either way it wasn't a whole heck of a lot of people.
