He started off confrontational and got belligerent real quick. The kid said nothing I would consider confrontational. The officer shot himself when he said the reason for stopping him was a failure to use a turn signal. In the first 10 seconds of the video you can see the turn indicator on the dash. How the hell did this guy get to be a Sgt? I think Chief Uhrig needs to spend a lot more time evaluating his officers performance and mental state. I don't like to diss police, I've had to work with them all my working life, but I know it's a career that attracts many that are prone to authoritarianism who could abuse their power.
