The transcript reads a second officer arrived on the scene (it doesn't specify whether or not he was Kuehnlein's partner or not), but the article doesn't mention him. That's quite odd, considering he stood by idly as another cop ripped Darrow's rights to shreds. His badge should be on the Chief's desk as well. There's no reason to tolerate this "Blue Wall" bullshit.
