this reminds me of an incident I had many years ago. This really pisses me off...

Darrow wants Kuehnlein fired. Chief Uhrig says his officer used inappropriate language. But he tells Fox 2, Darrow was driving erratically, parked away from other cars at the lot, and got out of the car with his fists clenched like he was going to fight with the sergeant. Chief Uhrig believes Darrow, who has had other run-ins with police, was baiting Kuehnlein to lash out.

"There is some language, certain things said that I don't condone. But at the same time, this guy was pushing the buttons of this officer, antagonizing him purposely," explained Uhrig.

But Darrow denies any baiting. He had this answer when fox 2's Chris Regnier asked him if he was trying to set up the officer.

"Absolutely not. I mean, I didn't look at him. I didn't even really acknowledge him. It was no big deal. I just pulled in a commuter parking lot."

Chief Uhrig says Kuehnlein did not have the camera inside his cruiser turned on during the incident. The chief tells us the camera is supposed to be rolling during all stops. Sergeant Kuehnlein has been placed on unpaid administrative leave.
