first of all, nobody goes to PRISON for a misdemeanor

you go to jail

second of all, very very few people go to jail for what craig did. the routine penalty is probation and a fine and a wiped record after a year of probation.

those are facts. you seem immune to them

2nd the not guilty finding cite is here...
http://wcco.com/local/larry.craig.appeals.2.672718.html
"Thirty-nine-year-old Vince Tuzon used a similar argument to Craig in pleading not guilty. Tuzon claimed he wasn't guilty because the police officer initiated the foot-tapping.

On Friday, a Hennepin County jury agreed with Tuzon.

"My client really feels that he was set up," defense lawyer Jeffrey Dean said. "He stopped in to use the restroom. He was using the toilet when he was essentially bombarded with overtures."

as for your ad hominem ridiculous slurs, i'm not going to lower myself to your level to respond

here's a hint. facts matter

people do not go to PRISON for disorderly conduct.

lol. amazing ignorance

VITTER? clear cut case of guilty/criminal behavior

that's a better example, and that's why i corrected the OP

you can look att facts or rhetoric. i prefer the former
