The storm that passed through here on Saturday was brutal. It's easily the worst storm since Hurricane Gloria. There are lots of trees and power lines down. There's lots of damage to homes and businesses. Most of it is roof damage. I know several people without power. I don't have cable, phone, and internet. The damage isn't severe, but it is widespread. Sunrise Highway in Freeport. Thank God no one was killed.






Just one tiny example of the damage businesses took. Most of these awnings were shredded.
