4. There is no immigration bill that can work. What people say they want is a return to the time
before illegals grew to 12 million strong. That will never happen. What business wants is a cheap labor force. What congress wants is the problem to go away. Well business has a cheap labor force and the problem will never go away because there can be no bill that will give the majority what it wants.

This will be like the weather. We talk and talk but nothing can be done.
