Then a dem walks into the white house in Jan 09, and undoes everything that Bushco has done in the last 7 years. All he/she has to do is the same as Bush, signing statements, executive orders, etc, when the repubs complain, it's "Bush did it, and I didn't see you saying anything". Then when all the harm has been undone (I'm not foolish enough to think everything can be undone, certainly not lives.) we close all the loop holes. We make it so it can't happen again.

Yes, I know it's a dream, but it's the only relief I get from the current nightmare.
