...without a single republican vote, indeed without a single democratic vote. They need do nothing more than decline to bring war funding bills to the floor of the house or senate. No bill, no votes, no more war. The democrats control the AGENDA now, so they are fully responsible for whatever the Congress accomplishes.

Instead of putting a quick end to this madness, they play political games with the neocons, and write blank check after blank check.
