11. When you look at the Spitzer investigation it is really scary
I am not saying any of what he did is good but how they got him is not good at all. They were not investigating him for anything, the bank just noticed he took out of his account sums in the range of something like 2400 like 7 times. That really isn't that much money for someone that wealthy. They (THE BANK), contacted the Feds and alerted them to this "suspicious" behavior. Now banks usually don't report anything to the Feds. They do log to the Federal Gov't any time transactions are made over 10k. The reason Limbaugh was doing 9900. However, this bank didn't just log, they alerted on 2400 increments. Now they watch politicians close and they thought this might be some kind of illegal payments to Spitzer but found the prostitution stuff.

I am not trying to say he should get away with what he did, but it is pretty scary that banks just get to "alert" the Feds on who ever they want, without a warrant. That is BULLSHIT if you ask me. Now if they want laws in place to keep better accounting of politicians money fine, but doing this shit on their own discretion is BULLSHIT.
