Curious isn't it, how with most issues they oppose the Pukes have the ability to reduce them to black and white; they are mostly unable to see shades of gray. They oversimplify to the point of stupidity.

What we're seeing with the torture issue however, is an attempt by the Pukes to create a gray area where there isn't one. They don't use the word torture. They say when the 'techniques' were done by experts and not amateurs, no foul. They say the information gleaned from the 'techniques' prevented attacks (which we know is a lie). They ask if the 'techniques' were moral or immoral (purely subjective). The say moving forward with investigations and prosecutions will hurt the country.

They avoid the truth:

Torture techniques (waterboarding, et al) are illegal in the United States of America.

Memos written by Bushco don't change that fact; 9/11 didn't suddenly make torture OK. There is insurmountable evidence that proves the law was broken and because of this, AG Holder has no choice but to collect that evidence and prosecute those responsible. Obama can't stop the process but what he can do is release all the evidence to the public so we are fully engaged in the proceedings.

No amount of obfuscation by the Pukes can overcome what is clearly a black and white case. The law was broken. Period.
