of fat. We were able to save the jobs by cutting back on frills & extras that could be done w/o. I will say the boss went along with our recommendations. Never received one thank you or KMA. The cuts were restored 2 yrs later when things stabilized in the economy. I don't see the present leadership doing the same, because they aren't willing to step into the breech to fill the gaps. I did a lot of little extra BS stuff to keep my guys.
