31. Gates didn't break into his own home. He keyed himself into the back door.
And this is clearly racial profiling. The man is disabled and he had just ccme off of a flight back from CHINA and he was ill on top of that. Instead of IDing him and HELPING him, this idiot goes in there and escalates this non-problem into an arrest.

Racial profiling is a drastic problem, btw. It can get people killed.
