Hrm. Yeah, most of the evil people in the world you'd just make madder by punching them and they'd take it out on the people they're already abusing. Of course, it's possible to actually kill a person with a single punch but, then again, pretty much all the evil people I can think of, even if they dropped dead (for whatever reason) would just be replaced by another evil person from the power structure of evil they surround themselves with.
