18. Phrasing it that way is going to skew things. There really needs to be an option for severity.
I mean, lumping in somebody who is a few pounds over their ideal weight with somebody who is seriously obese isn't really fair to either- the health risks and social or practical concerns are not at all comparable. Likewise, somebody who is a bit skinny is in a totally different situation from somebody who is anorexic or seriously ill and well below their healthy weight.
