Put in place a Securities Transaction Fee of $.25 per share on Stock Transactions to STOP speculation and market manipulation

Raise the Top Teir 1% Tax Rate back to 50% and maybe then corporations will focus on "Building a Better Mouse Trap" rather then ROI

Remove Tax Incentives for MultiNational Corporations to Export Jobs and the American Middle Class will be able to pay more into the Fund

FAIR TRADE over Free Trade and issue Equal Tarrifs for Trading Partner countries. We have got to stem the flow of Wealth out of America
