Despite cool, windy and damp weather, tens of thousands of People turned out in Madison today to protest the "governance" of Scott Walker and his cronies. Based on my very unscientific measurements, I'm estimating 30,000, and they stayed! Here's some pics. As usual, there were way too many good signs to post all the pics. Enjoy.
And thanks to the DU members who were there today!!!     The "Great Communicator" was there, with a message that resonated well with the protesters.  Guess what the UW Stevens Point faculty thinks of Scott Walker.   This woman has an interesting question...  Mystery Protester...  And the favorite of many: The Raging Grannies  |
