but the pig farms cannot be discounted either, or the chicken coups or all that. Yes, they are polluting the ground water... and the land can absorb just so much.

On the downside, if we go to less concentrated food production... people will go hungry... or food will go up through the roof. Sustainable is not cheap, at least NOT NOW. Oh and you can bet your sweet potatoes that Tyson foods will fight this investigation.
