9. Based on the way the questions are worded, it's not clear what government they're talking about.
The US government or government in the abstract?

Because while I don't believe it's acceptable to use violence against the US government, in theory (and in the constitution) we have a right to overthrow a tyrannical or abusive government.

So given this question without clarification, I might be in the 11% who say in theory that citizens retain the right to assert their liberty in the face of an oppressive government by the use of force.
