GENEVA (AP) -- Fighting in Iraq is ``wreaking havoc'' on the country's children, nearly doubling malnutrition rates since the start of the war and all but preventing relief groups from working in the country, the U.N. children's' agency said Tuesday.

In a sign of the difficulties faced by humanitarian efforts, the first independent aid convoy to enter the Iraqi city of Fallujah after two weeks of fighting had to turn back before delivering any aid because of security fears, the international Red Cross said.

There was also another group, I can't find right now but am working on it that were earlier this year or late last year going around to different areas putting on entertainment for kids in different neighborhoods to help them to deal with all the death and trauma. I thought her name was Jo Wilde but google is giving me nothing.

Kathy has worked hard at helping the Iraqi's and has even gone to jail for her efforts.

5. If our "news media" reported about the spending of HUMAN CAPITAL,

,...*sigh*,...normal human empathy would be invoked,...and the American people might be inspired to actually "think" about what is happening,...what is being designed and sought,...in their name.

Of course, anything relating to invoking the best of human psyche is completely extrapolated from "alleged" liberal reporting.

No big concern. The result of the election has shown everyone outside the U.S. that not only will these "likely future turrist" children be "left behind," but that the more killed, maimed , poisoned, traumatized and otherwise brutalized FOR NO REASON WHATSOEVER enhance Amurikka's security.
