Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice if acceptable for US appeals court will open State Supreme seat to Dem. Gov. Doyle appointment.

3. I can't stand that puke
on WTMJ-still Diane seems non-partisan from what I gather, a good judge. I'll try researching her a bit more. Besides she got divorced from Charlie-GOOD for her.

4. Wisconsin Senators Feingold and Kohl, both on the judiciary committee
As Wisconsin senators, they could have pulled any of the Wisconsin nominees from submission to the misadministration and they didn't. Four names were submitted and chimpy chose Sykes. I imagine they are fairly confident in the way in which these judges have conducted themselves here in Wisconsin - though perhaps, they prefer that they be vetted in public.
