Bush Names Judges for 4th, 8th Circuits

Bush said he would nominate William James Haynes II, currently general counsel at the Defense Department, to be U.S. circuit judge for the Fourth Circuit, spanning Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

The president also said he would nominate Raymond W. Gruender to be U.S. circuit judge for the Eighth Circuit, which encompasses Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa and Arkansas. Gruender joined the U.S. attorney's office in the Eastern District of Missouri in 2000 and became the U.S. attorney a year later.

1. Any connections to Starr?
Anyone know how many of Starr's "little elves" are now Federal judges? Without looking I KNOW these nominees are unfit to sit in judgement of anyone!
