Air America radio investigated after Bush "gunshots" WARNING Drudge
Take it for what it's worth. At least Randi might have something to say about it tonight.

The red-hot rhetoric over Social Security on liberal talkradio network AIR AMERICA has caught the attention of the Secret Service, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.

Government officials are reviewing a skit which aired on the network Monday evening -- a skit featuring an apparent gunshot warning to the president!

The announcer: "A spoiled child is telling us our Social Security isn't safe anymore, so he is going to fix it for us. Well, here's your answer, you ungrateful whelp:

33. No -- I don't consider ANYthing inherently unsuitable for DU
not Drudge, not WashingtonTimes, not conservative blogs. Most of those aren't going to have MUCH to offer us, but now and then what's in those sources is extremely, CRITICALLY important.

And I don't appreciate the attempted censhorship and attempt to herd DUers (not that that's likely to happen), thank you very little.

The link seems to be down at the moment, so I can't listen to the clip. :-(

How is it a threat against Bush* if it doesn't mention him or the office he holds by name? Do they really want to make the case that "a spoiled child" can not possiby mean anyone other that Bush*?

the NRA in a niche marketing effort to boost ad revenue. Why isn't the secret service all over the NRA meetings and gun shows. I think those 50 caliber weapons would be more dangerous than sound effects on a radio. If they (the SS:eyes: )are truly following up, this is for intimidation purposes and I would not be suprised. I'd tell them to kiss my Dem mascot and take names and supervisors names. This is getting out of hand. We actually have had intimidation at art shows here in Houston.

21. I'm of two minds on this.
One, it's immature, and it's not necessary for the Left to stoop to silly sophomoric theatrics.

On the other hand, it's what the Wrong does all the time, and not only gets away with it, but it draws in millions of sheeple to their cause. How come there's no stink about it when they do it?

the weapons of mass destruction. That wasn't crossing over the line?
Where's the apology for 'Bring it On'. When is Coulter going to apologize for all the violence inciting things she says.

Puhleeeeze, they are obviously afraid of Randi, she is way too smart and outspoken for them and she is gaining in popularity every day. When she was a local talent on one radio station she wasn't as much of a thorn in their side. Now she is heard by millions of Americans. She is the one at that station that they are most threatened by. She needs to make sure none of the 'bits' at the beginning or during the show can be misconstrued or manipulated though. They would just love a real excuse to silence her or boot her off the air.

I think they'll be sorry they tangled with her. Too much hypocrisy to expose with this issue, and it will increase ratings for AAR as well.

screaming about a Comedy Skit...Even mentioning it was a "Skit"

The majority leader can allude to violence against Federal Judges...Even stand on the floor and call an individual American Citizen, he does not know, a Murderer, with no apologies.

Randi had apologized for using her first ammendment right...how sad.
