CHICAGO -- <snip>

Schwarzenegger was in the city to attend a private fundraiserevent at the Chicago Hilton and Towers, but several local nurses protested outside the facility. <snip>

Schwarzenegger has been met by protesters at various stops all over the country, and the American Nurse's Association also rents a plane with a banner at some of those events to relay their message. <snip>

4. Many organized!
Just get 2-3-4-5-6 of these together and you will have one tough, strong group. All they have to do is drop their own personal agendas and work for one necessary one and create a pathway to strength and co-opperation! "It's all about getting it done!"

3. Arnie surely rues the day
that he decided to take on the nurses, teachers and other "special
interest" groups. He probably thought that because the majority of their members were female, he would walk all over them. Now they are his worst nightmare. It doesn't get any better than that.

5. Arnie hasn't a prayer
against these gals (and guys). This is a crowd that deals daily in stuff that would turn the tough man green.

8. Can Chicago keep him? Please?
And while you're at it, let the nurses be his 'keepers'? I know, he's our problem ... damn! This ass spends more time in other states begging for money than he does here, messing w/us - that's one good thing! I can see a national figure raising funds all over the country, but it just doesn't seem right that he's getting cash from other states for his agendas in CA.

I guess he thought the nurses wouldn't be as mean (LOL) somewhere else, he should know that nurses KICK ASS everywhere - I love' em!

Mean nurses pickin' on the poor widdle girly-gov! Wait 'till summer vacation, teachers will have some free time to educate him!

Oh well, at least the voters here are stating to realize that the dumbfuck is a typical 'puke (and a kkkrove puppet to boot).

11. Yeah, but it's not fair to palm off our problem on someone else ...
unfortunately! Kinda like passing around a venereal disease, it's just not nice. Too bad we can't quarantine him, keep him from spreading himself around till we get a cure (get him out of Sacramento)! The man is an embarrassment!

10. I'm so glad Arnold kept his word of "returning the government to
the people" as he regularly and unabashedly barnstorms the country rai$ing more and more money from his corporate cronies, just like his pal, Junior. What a lunatic! What a disgrace!

:puke:

13. I love it. Ahnie can't go anywhere now w.o. nurses showing up to protest.
I crack up whenever I see pics of a plane with a banner over one of his events. That's great.

"But despite all the noise made by the protesters, they were not able to see Schwarzenegger or hear what he had to say at the private fundraiser." Of course not, even the "peepul of Caleeforneeya" aren't allowed at such events in CA unless they pay thousands of dollars.

Funny how doing the work of the people of California involves raising millions of dollars from fat cat donors all over the country and spending less time actually in California than other Gov's. Ahnie's already spent more time out of the state since he took office than Davis did in his entire 5 years as Gov.

17. As a chronic pain sufferer
I have dealt, for quite a few years, with doctors and nurses both. I can say, in all honesty, that the docs get the bucks, and the nurses carry most of the load.

I'm not putting down doctors, but as far as nurses and teachers go, they both have thankless, underpaid, unappreciated jobs. I would be in a world of trouble, if not for the nurses who took the time to educate me about how to talk to the busy doctors in order to get my problems properly diagnosed and treated.

The doctors were too busy; the nurses, though underpaid and overworked, tried their best to do right by their patients. Arnie is an ignorant, lying, arrogant, pitiful excuse of a man, and I think he has taken on a group who will not cave in to his Paleolithic tendencies.

Nurses, teachers....good luck to you all. You deserve what you have worked so hard for.
