'Tribunal' urges direct action to protest Iraq war - war crimes
Edited on Mon Jun-27-05 09:33 AM by dArKeR
International anti-war advocates on Monday accused the United States and Britain of war crimes in Iraq and called at a "tribunal" in Turkey for direct action against companies that profited from the conflict.

The symbolic tribunal, uniting former U.N. officials, legal experts and human rights activists, sought the immediate withdrawal of coalition forces from Iraq and payment of reparations for the damage caused during the conflict.

The meeting in Istanbul of the World Tribunal on Iraq, the culmination of 20 meetings around the world over the last two years, called the invasion and occupation of Iraq illegal.

1. It's a crying shame that some in America have no conscience to live with
And unfortunately many of them are in control. Again the world speaks, and again the ReichWing will cover their ears and hum....

4. " a president who has no foresight, who cannot think properly"
As Bush leads the world down the path of the Valley of the Shadow of Death:

World's most respected statesman Nelson Mandela says,

"What I am condemning is that one power, with a president who has no foresight, who cannot think properly, is now wanting to plunge the world into a holocaust."

"Why is the United States behaving so arrogantly? All that (Mr. Bush) wants is Iraqi oil."
