Saddam lawyers walk out of court

The defence team in the trial of ousted Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein
has walked out, on the third day of hearings.

The incident happened after defence lawyer Khalil al-Dulaimi
questioned the legitimacy of the special Iraqi court.

Trial of Saddam Hussein resumes

The trial of ousted Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein has resumed in Baghdad.

The former president and seven former aides deny charges of murdering
148 men in Dujail, north of Baghdad, following an assassination attempt
in 1982.

2. How is anything that takes

place in a 'court' set up by occupiers after an illegal invasion called a trial. This farce is a violation of international law. This is American 'demagoguereeee' not democracy. My only question is who will try the invaders who have killed more innocent Iraqis during and following the invasion.
