Air Sahara jet 'parked' on highway
Source: IBN

The venue is a road in Chembur, a suburb off Southeast Mumbai, but the catch is that the plane there is without a few body parts - like the wings and the tail.

The scrapped 75-foot-long Boeing 737 Air Sahara plane stuck on the Chembur road off the Mumbai Pune highway is grabbing quite a few eyeballs.

The plane was being transported on a trailer to a select location for an entertainment zone on Sunday. Trouble began when it got stuck negotiating it's way off the Mumbai Pune highway, and maneuvering issues cropped up.

The driver then just simply abandoned it!

3. Most grim sight ever: the International Airport in Prestwick, Scotland
It is on the West Coast and very, very foggy and rainy. They haul the wrecked planes onto the grass as a warning for . . . well, I'm not sure, to whom, the flying public? Pilots who land there? It is quite an amazing sight when one is taking off or landing.
Well, that was true as of 1985, I have not been to Prestwick since then.

4. I saw a private plane on I-10 west of Los Angeles.
We were heading up to Lake Arrowhead. Backed up traffic for miles in both directions.

The driver of the car nearly stopped to look at the thing off, well, sort of on the right shoulder.
