Now we will have to try him... or the only exception transfer him to the world court...

Under the Geneva Convention if he is tried he has to be tried under our laws, but the only excpetion calls for him to be turned over to the World Court.

This is not something that actually favors BushCo, unless they are trying to get on knee pads to get the world community to play with us... this is the only thing that makes sense

... but has it just breaked to you now? The story's been running for the past 5-6 hours overhere in Europe.

I find it interesting that they declared him a POW - I'd rather hear if they had any explanation as to why the pic of Saddam was put up on Military.com and why he had blood in his mouth?
